El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors for the procurement of a technically efficient and integrated inmate telephone, correctional-grade tablet, and video visitation system (VVS) for the incarcerated population at the El Paso County Jail. This system will operate and control all inmate telephones, tablets, and video visitation sessions at the El Paso County Jail to provide call processing services within a correctional setting.
The inmate telephone system, correctional-grade tablet, and video visitation system shall bring security, control, and efficiency to the everyday operations of the El Paso County Jail. The system must be software driven to allow EPSO the option to make changes on-site and structured to create both standard and ad-hoc reports on demand. The system shall include user prompts in English and Spanish, additional languages may be requested by the County at any time.
