The El Paso County Public Works Department (Highway Division) is seeking written qualifications from qualified, experienced Vendors to provide dust control and de-icing materials on an as-needed basis.
El Paso County uses many products for both dust control and de-icing on County roads. These materials are used throughout the year for various projects and tasks and require delivery to the
Department of Public Works yards or project sites. Due to the variety of roads throughout El Paso County and the variability in weather conditions, a selection of products is needed to best meet the needs of the various projects involved with the County.
