El Paso County is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, professional Contractors to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the Dix Cricle and Libby Court Drainage Improvements Project, which generally includes rework of the Meadows Filing No.3 development’s roadside ditch system, including grading and excavation of ditches, removals and installations of concrete check dams and driveway culverts, and stabilization of the ditch system.
The project is in the Security-Widefield area of El Paso County (EPC), Colorado. The work consists of modifying and improving existing stormwater management structures to reduce the frequency and extent of erosion damage to utility and drainage easements and private property in the project area. The project is on the County’s Annual Maintenance Floodplain Permit.
