RFP-24-094 - Construction Mgmt Services f/t Colorado Centre Drainage Improvements Project

El Paso County is soliciting responses for qualified, experienced, professional Consultants to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for Construction Management, Inspections, Materials Testing, and Public Relations (collectively “CM Services”) for the Colorado Centre Drainage Improvements Project (“Project”).
The Colorado Centre Drainage Improvements Project (“Project”) is located within the Colorado Centre Residential Development (Filings No. 1 through 6) in the Colorado Springs area of El Paso County, Colorado. The Development is located approximately ten (10) miles southeast of downtown Colorado Springs at the intersection of Bradley Road and Horizonview Drive. The 190-acre development encompasses 500 private residential parcels and 4.2 miles of County-maintained roadway, and is split into two sides by Horizonview Drive, with existing infrastructure having varying conditions between the east and west sides. The Project will generally include full depth reconstruction of the western half of the development, resets of curb, gutter, and curb ramps, and installation of new underground drainage systems on both sides of the development that includes replacement/upsizing and reset of existing connections.
