Description

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for Code Enforcement Towing Services for El Paso County Planning and Community Development.
The Planning and Community Development Code Enforcement department enforces the El Paso County Land Development Code as well as certain County Ordinances. Court orders are granted to Code Enforcement for the removal of vehicles (including recreational vehicles) from private property. Code Enforcement staff requires a towing company to tow and store vehicles, recreational vehicles, and campers that are in violation of County codes and ordinances.
