Description

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary to provide Café Services at the Citizen’s Service Center (CSC) for El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management (FSIM).

The Café at CSC was previously operated and partially funded by a State Program that assisted blind business owners. In September 2022 the Café was shut down and the space has been vacant ever since.
