Eagle County School District (District) seeks to retain a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for up to three projects:
• 20 to 50 residential units in 4 separate buildings including sitework and infrastructure located in Gypsum, Colorado.
• An Early Learning Center including sitework and infrastructure located in Gypsum, Colorado.
• A potential 138 residential development at Maloit Park including sitework and infrastructure located in Minturn, Colorado.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain relevant information, credentials, qualifications, experience, proposed project approach, and fee proposal from interested firms to allow the District to select a CM/GC for the project.
