0022 - ECSD RFP for Copiers and Service Contract

Eagle County School District (“ECSD”) is requesting proposals for annual replacement cycles of Xerox copiers over a 5 year period.  This has been an average of 15 copiers a year but could fluctuate based on need.    
The District is also requesting service proposals for the existing 67 Xerox copiers.  Approximately 15 of these will be updated and replaced through the annual replacement cycle noted above.  The service cost must be fixed for the 5 year period. Service costs must be in terms of cost per page.  Awarding of this proposal is contingent upon the approval of the Eagle County School District Board of Education and subject to the Colorado Law Addendum.  Please see attached documents for the complete RFP and details.
