Description

Through this Request for Qualification/Proposal (RFQ/P), the Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the “County” and also as the “Owner”, respectfully requests responses from responsible and highly qualified companies for the provision of Design-Build Construction Services and/or Developer for the Zebulon Regional Sports Complex, as specified.

The Zebulon Regional Sports Complex aims to become a cornerstone of youth and adult athletics in Douglas County and the Rocky Mountain region. The facility will promote accessibility, excellence, and leadership through sports while offering a welcoming, safe, and state-of-the-art environment for training, tournaments, and community engagement.

The goal of the County, through this RFQ/P, is to identify a Developer and/or General Contractor (GC) to complete the Construction of the Zebulon Regional Sports Complex.
