Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for South Russellville Road Drainage Improvement Project, Douglas County Project Number CI 06-025 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Public Works, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at 2:00 pm. This project consists of excavation of a drainage channel with erosion control and riprap per plans and specifications.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, February 2, 2009, and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.)
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at the Department of Public Works, Phillip S. Miller Bldg., 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at the same address.

• Aggregate Base Course (Class 6) 280 TON • Unclassified Excavation (Complete-In-Place), 2,990 CY • Topsoil (Stockpile and Redistribute) 680 CY • Geotextile (Erosion Control) (Class A), 920 SY • 24" Grouted Boulders - 175 CY • Reset Fence, 175 LF
