IFB-016-15 - Preparation and Printing of Ballots

Summary of Specifications:
The Elections Division of the Clerk and Recorder’s Office of Douglas County Government, hereinnafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified firms for services related to the preparation and printing of election ballots and other ballot materials, as specified. The Elections Division maintains voter data in the Statewide Voter Registration System (SCORE) and produces ballots from a separate system provided by Hart InterCivic. The awarded vendor will be required to work with files from both interfaces. The County’s intent is to award to only one (1) firm for services related to the preparation and printing of Mail Ballot packets and Polling Place ballots; however, the results of this IFB do not obligate the County in any manner. The bid responses, fees, reference checks, and past experience will be considered in the evaluation process.
