Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for PERRY PARK EMERGENCY EVACUATION EXIT (REMUDA RANCH PARKWAY) PROJECT will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Wednesday, June 10, at 2:00 pm. This project consists of the construction of approximately three miles of new gravel road from Perry Park to Dakan Road. The work will consist of fencing the construction limits, installation of erosion control, stripping and stockpiling topsoil, mass earthwork, drainage work, surfacing and seeding and mulching disturbed areas. There will also be an asphalt pavement alternative.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, May 18, 2009 and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.)
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Bldg., 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at the same address.
