Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from professional, highly-qualified firms for geotechnical and material testing services associated with the construction of the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center Detention Facility Expansion Project. This project includes three major elements: (1) parking structure replacing existing parking that will be displaced by the construction; (2) a new medical facility; and (3) renovation of some of the existing facilities.
