IFB-010-12 - Facility Pest Control

Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Facilities Management of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified firms for the provision of a complete Facility Pest Control Program, for specified County Government buildings. The County currently operates and maintains thirty-one (31) buildings/structures totaling 1,157,082 square feet. Our facilities are located in urban and rural areas. Multiple functions ranging from law enforcement to community events occur in our facilities. One of our core missions is to provide safe, secure, comfortable, and efficient environments for citizens and employees.
