Summary of Specifications:
The Facilities, Fleet & Emergency Support Services Department of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified Consultants to provide a facilities master plan for certain departments and offices. The scope of work shall include analysis of county facilities, to include but not be limited to, current conditions, space needs/requirements, adjacencies, demographic needs, and security needs and concerns. The new master plan should provide adequate information and space for ten (10) to twenty (20) years in the future.
