Summary of Specifications:
The Human Resources Department of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for the provision of on-site and off-site Controlled Substance Screening and Alcohol Testing and to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Controlled Substance and Alcohol Regulations, as specified. Douglas County currently employs approximately eleven-hundred (1,100) individuals; 10% of those individuals fall into the Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing pool.
