RFP-013-14 - ConPass Dual View Whole Body Security Scanning System

Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms to furnish, deliver, and install one (1) new ConPass Dual View Whole Body Security Scanning System or approved equal. The system will be delivered, installed, and calibrated by the respondent at the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center, 4000 Justice Way, Castle Rock, Colorado 80109. All training will also take place at the above-mentioned location. All proposal responses meeting the intent of this RFP shall be considered for award. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all substitutions or alternatives. When offering substitutions and/or alternatives, the respondent must provide detailed information related to those differences; all substitutions/alternatives must meet or exceed the stated intent.
