A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted via in person and/or via Microsoft Teams on the date(s) and time(s) specified on the Schedule of Events.
Proposers must RSVP via email to the Procurement Specialist (Lachlan.Brown@denverwater.org) before the deadline specified in the Schedule of Events to be eligible to attend the Pre-Proposal Event.
Late RSVPs and submittals will not be accepted.
Proposers that fail to meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate in the Pre-Proposal Event.
Procurement Specialist will confirm Proposer attendance by e-mail and will provide location and/or MS Teams meeting details for the Pre-Proposal Event after all of the submittal requirements listed above are met.
