PURPOSE:

The Denver Board of Water Commissioners (Board) is soliciting information from vendors regarding Roadway Construction Services. Denver Water utilizes Roadway Construction Services at jobsites for planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance, installation, and repairs of our water distribution infrastructure across our service areas. The purpose of this RFI is three-fold: 1) To understand the market to better inform RFQ/RFP processes; 2) Learn about the various contractors within the market; 3) Obtain feedback from vendors to use in developing RFP pricing, scope of work, etc.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Proposals must conform to the following submission format and each section must be clearly marked as indicated below:

Cover Page- with entity’s legal name, address, point of contact name, email, and phone number (1 Page)

Table of Contents- (1 Page)

Required RFI Response Narrative/Table– Response to Section 4 below. (No more than 6 pages total. This count includes all graphics, charts, diagrams, reports, and/or attachments.)

Vendors must submit an electronic document (PDF format) via email to the contact listed below no later than 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on August 25, 2023. Submittals are limited to a maximum of six (6) pages. All pages must be numbered. Elaborate and costly responses are neither solicited nor desired. NO MAILED OR FAXED COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
