10409 - Integrated Communications and Data Platform

Denver Water needs to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences including bill payers, water users, vendors, partners, and stakeholders in our service area and across the state of Colorado. The Public Affairs team receives requests from all over the organization to notify the public about topics including but not limited to street work, maintenance, outages, water quality, construction projects, recreation, snowpack and water supply updates, water conservation, rates, and our lead reduction program. Denver Water is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to serve as a central communications hub so that we can more efficiently collect public data and deliver direct, personalized, automated communications and notifications to our customers, despite their billing status and based on their preferences. We are willing to entertain proposals for professional services that will provide the solution, services that can implement the solution, or services that provide both the solution and implementation. Specific requirements information relating to the professional services and solution are listed in Exhibit(s) E and F.
