505793 - Insurance Broker Services

Denver Water is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide a full range of insurance brokerage and management advisory services for Denver Water’s risk management and insurance programs.
These services include the marketing, negotiating, and procurement of the Board’s insurance policies; recommending insurance lines, limits and retention levels; reviewing and advising insurance terms in contracts; producing certificates of insurance and the selected Proposer (Consultant) may be asked to provide expertise and/or resources in implementing an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for Denver Water’s construction projects or on other related risk transfer strategies. The Consultant will have a close working relationship with the Treasury and Administrative Services sections of the Board. It is important that the Consultant offer excellent advisory services for contract negotiations and will work to identify the best plans to suit Denver Water.
