This Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be for two separate Schedules of Work. Schedule I will be for Elevator Maintenance Services in the Denver Metro Area. Schedule II will be for Elevator Maintenance Services in the Dillon, Colorado area. In order to obtain the Exhibit C – Bill of Material Pricing, used to provide Bid pricing, a signed Exhibit D – Pre-Bid Non-Disclosure Agreement must be provided to Denver Water. Bidders may submit a Bid for one (1) or both of the schedules described above. Denver Water reserves the right to award to one (1) or multiple Contractors.
