The goal of this RFP is to select an experienced consultant with the necessary qualifications and resources who can serve as a construction audit Subject Matter Expert (SME) to accomplish Denver Water’s internal audit engagement objectives.

a. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on the date(s) and time(s) specified on the Schedule of Events (page 1 of RFP).

b. Proposers must RSVP via email to the Procurement Specialist, before the deadline specified in the Schedule of Events to be eligible to attend the Pre-Proposal Event. Late RSVPs and submittals will not be accepted. Proposers that fail to meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate in the Pre-Proposal Event.

c. Procurement Specialist will confirm Proposer attendance by e-mail and will provide location and/or conference call details for the Pre-Proposal Event after all of the submittal requirements listed above are met.
