The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) is seeking a Program Administrator(s) to co-design, implement, and manage the Low-Income Program providing participant support such as multilingual services, and navigation adapted to participant needs as a component of a wider market transformation effort in coordination with the energy advising and incentive program and other Building Decarbonization DRCOG program elements. Expertise includes experience in designing and managing low-income household improvement programs and user-oriented needs, community outreach and engagement, as well as energy efficiency, electrification, weatherization, equipment replacement, and home repairs.
