If you do not email ConstructionBids@dpsk12.org during the timeframe of the meeting, regardless of the information provided, you will not be counted as present which if you submit a proposal, it will be deemed unresponsive and not evaluated.
The chat feature will be utilized as the sign in sheet as well as to ask questions during the meeting.
The meeting will be recorded to capture the sign in sheet and will only be used for internal purposes.
