1. WALK‑THROUGH TOUR IS MANDATORY: A mandatory walk‑through tour of the facility(ies) affected by this Solicitation will be conducted at 12:00PM MT on January 10, 2023 at Balarat Outdoor Education located at 1192 County Road 87 Jamestown, CO 80481. A representative of the Vendor must attend this mandatory tour in order to qualify to submit an Offer on this contract. Vendors who fail to attend the tour shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award. If there is a weather closure, an addendum will be posted to the Bidnet and a back-up date will be announced.
2. EXAMINATION OF SITE IS REQUIRED: Prior to the submission of its Response, the Vendor shall be required to visit the site of the proposed work and to become familiar with any conditions which may, in any manner, affect the work to be done or affect the equipment, materials and/or labor required. The Vendor shall also carefully examine the requirements outlined in the drawings and Specifications. The District will not provide any additional allowances to the Vendor based on the Vendor’s lack of knowledge of site conditions. Examination of the site will be conducted during the Mandatory Walk-Through. You will not be allowed on the site after the Mandatory Walk-Through concludes on January 04, 2023.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide internet services of 100mbps or higher bandwidth to DPS Balarat Outdoor Education Facility located at 1192 County Road 87, Jamestown, CO 80481. Vendor shall indicate availability and pricing for 100mbps, 500mbps and/or 1000mbps.
