Throughout this document, Denver Health and Hospital Authority and Denver Health Medical Plan, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA and DHMP respectively, intend to contract with a provider for a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. The tool is to be used for logging member, prospective members, and provider calls to the call center, communicating with members and providers, and aiding in transferring information between departments to make positive decisions regarding a members’ healthcare and well-being. The CRM tool should also provide robust reporting that allows the analysis of all calls and customer interactions, for tracking, trending, and auditing purposes.
