Summary of Specifications:
The RMPDC Research and Consulting Department hosts a minimum of 11 external meetings each year with its advisory board, clients, regulatory agencies and consultants. The demands associated with planning and executing these meetings requires an external meeting planner. The meeting planner is expected to explore venue options, execute the contract with venues, arrange travel for attendees, reimburse attendees for out of pocket expenses as appropriate, arrange catering and restaurant reservations and reconcile invoices from the venues. The attendees of meetings are located across the US, Canada and Europe which requires round trip travel coordination for designated individuals from their locations. In addition to the logistical details, the meeting planner must also be able to develop, when necessary, content information, review slide decks from guest presenters, review meeting material for fair and balanced information, format meeting materials, create graphical designs and manage all AV and technical support.
