Denver Health and Hospital Authority, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA, intends to contract with a provider for lights and booms required to operate a new multi-purpose single-plane interventional (SPI) imaging system. This system will be principally used for the performance of a broad spectrum of vascular/interventional procedures.
Contractor will furnish all engineering, shop drawings, equipment, delivery, project management, coordination, assembly, installation, testing, training and other miscellaneous materials/labor as necessary for a complete turn-key installation of medical equipment booms and lights. Any materials or labor not specified here that are necessary for a complete turn-key installation shall be deemed as part of this RFP.
Responsible for participating with DHHA, project architect/design team, other third party Vendors and DHHA general contractor in coordinating the completion of the construction documents, pre-installation planning and final product installation logistics.
The work includes providing all materials, coordinating material deliveries, equipment assembly and installation, terminations, work crew scheduled, work completions, testing, labeling, certification, documentation, training, acceptance testing and warranty maintenance of the product specified.
