Throughout this document, Denver Health and Hospital Authority, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA, intends to contract with a provider for a virtual nursing and telesitting solution to replace its existing program. This solution must include project planning, clinical workflow design, training, hardware (or recommendations for hardware) and other requirements as described in Attachment A – Statement of Work.
