Delta County, Colorado is seeking quotes from qualified firms to perform an inspection on our public safety communications tower located in Delta, Colorado. The purpose of the inspection is to check the tower for any safety concerns, structural defects and needs for imediate maintenance and perform routine maintenance on the tower such as checking bolts. Additionally, the county is unable to locate the original CAD drawings and plans for the tower from its construction in 1985 and we are seeking to create CAD drawings as the tower is currently built and attached equipment utilizing a drone or other technology to document the structural design and affixed antennas. Additional Bidding Instructions

- This is an informal quote process. Per Delta County Procurement Policy, multiple bids must be sought for any project over $1,000 in value.
- Quotes must be submitted through the BidNet portal. Please attach a detailed quote.

- Quotes submitted for this project must include the following information:
  1. Contact information for the Company submitting a Quote,
  2. A list of qualifications and summary of experience working on similar projects regarding communication towers,
  3. A proposal for the scope of work you intend to provide to Delta County to meet the requirements identified in this RFQ,
  4. A proposed timeline for the work to be performed.
  5. Your projected cost for the project – identify whether you are charging a fixed rate or if it is an hourly rate or rate subject to change based on time, materials, etc. and if so, what a total estimated cost is,
  6. A summary of what insurance you carry for tower work and certifications and experience of any staff who will be climbing the tower,
  7. Three (3) references for work on communication towers similar to this one,
  8. Pricing quoted must be valid for at least 30-days from the due date of the quote to the county to allow for quotes to be reviewed and presented through approval process.
  9. Identify any specialized equipment or conditions this project may require above and beyond services your firm provides and may incur additional expenses to the County.
  10. Quote must be signed by a representative of the company with authority to bind the company to a contract.
