Facilities Management at Colorado State University wishes to engage a master planning consultant to update the Physical Development Master Plan for all CSU campuses. The first focus of the master planning effort will be to create a departmental master plan for the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering. The initial term of this contract shall be twelve (12) months to develop the departmental master plan for the College of Engineering. The selected consultant may be retained to complete CSU system-wide master planning over the next several years.
