RFP-2025-025-BC - Laurel Village HVAC System Replacement

Colorado State University (CSU), is soliciting the submittal of proposals from Design/Build (D/B) Entities to design and construct the project as described herein.
The project will include removal of the existing VRF HVAC system with the intent of replacing the HVAC system with a more traditional 4-pipe fan coil system, new HVAC controls, and associated interior, electrical, and structural scopes of work required to replace the existing HVAC system.  The project shall also include resident room and bathroom light fixture replacements and associated code-required electrical upgrades (i.e., occupancy sensors, controls, EM lighting, exit signs, etc.)
