The State of Colorado, Department of Education, Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB), is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the Domestic
Water Main Replacement Project. This project will be completed using the Design/Build Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project delivery method where the Design/Build Entity will design, manage and construct the project as described within. CSDB would like to hire a Design/Build Firm experienced with designing and installing water mains. Colorado Residents will have preference.
