Description

The purpose of this DQ is to obtain competitive quotations from qualified third party accounting firms with voucher program expertise that could assist the Division in understanding and reconciling the accounting associated with the DOH Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program - including the 5-Year Mainstream Voucher and Emergency Housing Voucher components. A qualified Service Provider will be able to provide the deliverables list in Section VIII, for members of the DOLA HCV program and financial teams.
At the conclusion of this contract, it is expected that DOLA staff will have the knowledge and tools to carry forward with on-going financial management and reporting capability for the HCV program, supported by permanent financial and programmatic data structures that deliver repeatable and effective processes, data reliability, straight-forward data interpretation and efficient reporting.
