20221018 - Tierra Azul Co-Developer/Fee-Developer

Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation is requesting proposals for services for a Co-Developer or Fee-Developer. CRHDC is in the process of developing approximately 40+ acres of land that was recently annexed into the City of Alamosa. The 40+ acres of land is currently and correctly zoned for identified residential use. The project name is Tierra Azul, located in Alamosa, Colorado and will consist of six phases and approximately 425+ units of various product type and density (the “Project”). The Project will consist of both for rent and for sale product. Financing methodology will include, but is not limited to LIHTCs. The Project is in the process of a PUD application with the City of Alamosa. The goal is to submit for a 9% LIHTC allocation in the upcoming application round with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.
