Description

This RFP is for the services of a qualified person/company/agency (“Submitter”) to provide Civil Engineering and Survey services for the Project. Although the Project is approximately 42+ acres in its entirety, this RFP is specifically requesting the Submitter’s response for Phase 1, 2 & Detention, which is referenced as the Area of Focus (AOF) and clearly illustrated on Attachment #1 (page 2). Please note, the Project has Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) approval with the City of Alamosa planning commission and city council. The Project AOF is in the process of a Final Development Plan (FPD) approval with the City of Alamosa city council.
