RFA KONA 2025000278 - Climb Program for Refugee Youth

The Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP) is seeking multiple vendors to provide integration programming under the Climb Program for children, youth, and families eligible for services from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). For the purposes of this RFA, we refer to these individuals as “refugees.”
The goals of the CRSP Climb Program are:

1. To connect refugees to the full range of community resources available to meet diverse integration needs;
2. To provide specialized services and support for eligible children and youth
3. To provide holistic support to families learning to navigate the U.S. education system
4. To increase the capacity development for school staff, systems, and child care providers
5. To facilitate and increased access to child care and early childhood education
6. To provide activities designed to support the successful integration of school-aged children and their families, including resources to serve new populations
7. To help refugees build social networks within and across communities, reduce social isolation, and strengthen a sense of security and belonging;
8. To facilitate learning and independence alongside refugees and create opportunities for leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement;
9. To support health, wellness, and resilience using culturally appropriate approaches; and
10. To promote the healthy cognitive, social, and emotional development and integration of refugee children and youth through multigenerational services.
