RFP-2024-005-GS - License Plate Recognition Equipment II

Colorado State University Parking and Transportation Services is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to implement a complete license plate recognition package to support all current and future university- controlled parking areas, garages, timed zones, on-street and off-street. The University will consider all license plate recognition equipment providers with full integration capabilities into existing university databases, systems, and equipment. At a minimum, the selected license plate recognition package is expected to perform vehicle recognition, permit validation, plate reads, and lot or space occupancy in extreme conditions.
