The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University would like to establish a term contract with one or more qualified firms to provide various heavy equipment rentals at various military installations in Hawaii as needed by CEMML. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources. A high proportion of CEMML’s researchers and technicians work full-time at federal and military installations. The strategic placement of staff at these installations facilitates consistent service and problem-solving. Because of this, CEMML requires various goods and services throughout the United States. This request is for a heavy equipment rental program in Hawaii. CEMML would like to identify a firm or firms who can provide various heavy equipment as needed. Initial delivery location to Schofield Barracks and/or Pohakuloa Training Area, HI with the possibility of including additional locations in the future.
