Description

The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University seeks firm pricing for aggregate for trail maintenance supply delivered to Fort Eustis, VA for a multi-year term. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources.

Completed Exhibit B Vendor Questionnaire.
Cover letter. Provide a cover letter describing your firm. Company brochures may be submitted in addition to, but not in lieu of the cover letter. The cover letter shall identify, at a minimum, the following: Legal business name, local address, local contact person name, current phone number (if a branch office or subsidiary, provide the same information for head office as well as the branch or subsidiary.)

This is a federally funded project and subject to compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance under 2 CFR 200.318-326. Awardee(s) may be required to provide cost breakdown information, including labor (hours and hourly rates), materials, overhead, G&A, profit, and a comparison of how the charges compare to other customers.
