SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Colorado Springs Utilities will be issuing a solicitation for the following goods and/or services:
Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the supply, installation, programming, assisting with commissioning, and maintenance of new and existing electronic security components by Software House & Avigilon certified contractors. The purpose of this RFP is to further protect various components of Utilities’ four-service utility infrastructure through the supply and installation of electronic security components. These components include, but are not limited to, card readers, cameras, locks, similar access control devices, detection systems, and surveillance systems. Utilities may require Work ranging from the installation of new systems, integration of new equipment into existing devices, and the upgrade and/or repair of existing equipment (“Work”).
Colorado Springs Utilities is in the process of transitioning from Bidnet/Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing to GEP SMART and this solicitation will be posted to GEP SMART. All Parties must be registered in GEP SMART and invited to view or participate in Utilities’ solicitations.
