Summary of Specifications:
UTILITIES is seeking qualified suppliers to design, implement, administer, and manage a retail-based ENERGY STAR® qualified CFL and LED Christmas light program (Program) that will produce quantifiable demand and energy savings. The selected Supplier shall coordinate its efforts so as to enhance existing programs UTILITIES currently has in place. This Program is to play a key role in transforming the market, ahead of mandates, from incandescent bulbs to CFLs and LEDs.
