Description

This is an announcement only, see the attached notice for instructions to respond to the Bid.Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) is seeking an experienced CONTRACTOR for the construction of the Mesa Water Treatment Plant Site Reclamation Project (Project). The Project will consist of the following elements:

Installation of site irrigation, including but not limited to, drip lines, overhead spray irrigation and temporary on-surface irrigation, and appurtenances.
Installation of hardscape materials, including but not limited to, concrete paving, mulching, rock cobble, and gravel surfacing.
Installation of vegetation, including but not limited to, native shrub planting, tree planting, native seed planting, and weeding.
Other activities, such as grading, patio installation, pervious pavement, and pergola construction.
