Description

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking to award multiple Task Order Contracts construction management support services on an as needed basis to support projects in water, wastewater, gas, and electric. These services shall be provided by experienced construction management professionals. Construction Management for the purpose of this contract shall be Construction Management from Utilities perspective. It will be overseeing projects under the authority of the Utilities’ Project Manager (Utilities’ PM), not directing the construction contractor. The construction manager will represent Utilities interest and ensure the project meets Utilities expectations and requirements. The closing date on Bidnet/Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing is NOT the closing date for the Solicitation.
