Contractor(s) must provide the following Mines lay and compact asphalt millings for two (2) parking lots (168,000 sq. ft.), patching and crack filling for fourteen (14) lots and five (5) roads on the Mines campus. Contractor(s) must apply Type 2 Sealcoat to six (6) lots and fire lane curb painting for four lots. Mines requires that this work be completed between July 15th and August 7th, 2025. Additional repairs or other lot maintenance services may be needed through the year on an as-needed basis.
