This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking a qualified firm (“Contractor”) to provide full-service preventative maintenance and repair services (“Services”) for campus elevators as described in the Scope of Work. Per Colorado State law, all elevators must be in compliance by the second Monday of January of each year. Additional services may be needed September through November in preparation for state inspection.
