MINES23021 - MINES23021 2i2c Project Services

The Colorado School of Mines (“Mines”) intends to engage 2i2c for management services including Cloud engineering expertise to iteratively improve an interactive computing platform for use by the ICESat2 Science Team meetings and Hackweeks. 2i2c’s cloud engineering team will expand the platform’s capacity to support Hackweeks and other high usage events. 2i2c will provide reports on cloud usage and guidance on cost impacts. 2i2c will provide guidance on the effective use of the interactive computing platform for the cryosphere research community. 2i2c will work with the ICESat2 Science Team to design, develop and deploy:
• Improvements to the the interactive computing ecosystem to meet NASA security needs;
• Improved mechanisms for sharing between groups using different JupyterHubs.

Mines believes that 2i2c is the sole vendor to provide these services.
