Additional Bidding Instructions

All bids for this project must be submitted through this website. NO EMAILED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. There will be a public bid opening on August 17, 2021, 3pm, where all bids received timely will be downloaded and bid amounts announced. All bidders will receive a Bid Tabulation via email once the bid opening has concluded.

Bid Bonds are required for bids over $50k. There is no need to provide a Labor & Material or Performance Bond at the time of bid submission. There documents will be requested from the successful bidder at the time of contracting.
