Colorado School of Mines is seeking a General Contractor to remove existing failing brick stair covering and replace with custom colored concrete stair covering to match brick pattern, and add a snow melt system. Scope includes demolition and installation at an existing and occupied historic building, on an active school campus.

This is a qualifications & bidding package request. You must demonstrate that you meet the Minimum Requirements shown in the attached AFB or your bid will be considered non-responsive.
